A PROCLAMATION TTTTHEREAS the LANDS mentioned in Ote Vt Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1882, and its Amendments, for a certain Publio Work, to wit. the WIDENING of the PUBLIC DRAIN in the OXFORD ROAD DISTRICT, known as the Main Drain, and the construction of protective works thereto. And whereas the Oxford Road Board haa laid before the Governor the memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration required by the said Act and the amendments thereof.
