[PBR PRESB ASSOCIATION."" Received Jnly 16th. 1.15 p.m. Thursday Island, July 16. News from the East states that the south-west monsoon did great damage to the shipping at Bombay. The dispute between the Dutch and the Acheenese still continues. In a recent engagement the latter lost 300 men. The Dutch lost one captain and three soldiers.
