Monday, July 15. (Before S. R. Webb and A. Chalmers, Eaqs.. J.P.'s.) Drunkenness.—John Toole, a seaman on board the ship Agnes Oswald, was fined 10s and ordered on board his vessel. Disorderly Conduct. —Richard James, Matthew Sinnott and John Roach were charged with being drunk and behaving in a disorderly manner in Oxford street on Sunday. They- ■ were each fined £1, or In default seven days' imprisonment. Wandering Horses. —W. G. Shepheard, Mrs Radcliffe, and Mrs Salt, were each fined 5a for allowing horses to wander in the borough of Lyttelton. A similar charge against J. Pitcaithley was dismissed.
