ROAD BOARDS.
HEATHCOTE. The above Board met on July 4tb, In tbe Board room, Ferry road. Present---Meßßrt A. M. Ollivier (Chairman), H. B. KirfcC. Curry, B. Martindale, W Beer, B. J. Palmer and F. Turvey. The Clerk reported that complaints had been maw with reference to persons cutting down willows. It was resolved to have P***p» put up cautioning persons against doing so without written permission. It was decided that the footpath on Wilson sroac. should be put in hand as soon as pos«W«, and Hornbrook street formed, m" reference to the question of a lamp at toe corner of Victoria street and the reiry road, it was decided not to erect one & present. The Clerk was instructed to give tbe Tramway notice that they were not sufficiently repairing the road, and that « it was not done properly the Board wotuo do it and charge them.
