Pabis, July 9. The Chamber of Deputies has ac cepted the amendment made by the Senate in the Army Bill. The amendment provides that seminarists or students for the priesthood shall have one year's training service, and priests receive infirmary duties during *a war. In the course of the debate on the Bill M de Freycinet asserted that it would add one million to the strength of the French army.
