THE MINING DISASTER.
A PONY RESCUED.
[PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Received July 6th, 1.15 a.m. Sydney, July 5. The work of rescuing the imprisoned miners has ceased for the present, owing to fresh dangers threatening those engaged in the depths of the mine. A pony, which had been entombed twelve days, was rescued alive.
