Mr T. Bullock reports having held a sale by auction, at the Arcade, on Saturday, 2yth June, of a number of town sections and suburban properties, when the following sales were effected, viz.:—Town section 312, £ acre, Havelock street east, £20; town section Sl3, J acre, Havelock street east, £16 10s; town section 315. i acre. Havelock street east, £19 10s. £32 10s per acre was bid for suburban land fronting Winter's road, and opposite the "Woollen Factory, Allenton suburban district, but this not reaching owner's limit was passed. Privately I have sold lots 11 and 12, containing _ acre, fronting the Alford Forest road, Allenton, with cottage thereon, for £87 10s; also lots 1 and 2, containing 1 rood 28 perches, corner Alford Forest road and Andrew street, near the Woollen Factory, £43; lot 3, adjoining, J acre, £25 ; lot 125, Nelson street, Hampstead Town Board district, i acre, with small cottage thereon, £65; and RS. 32595, containing 307 a 2r 7p, Coldstream Road Board district, at £1 ISs per acre— £sSi6s4d.
