The weather waa fine, and there was a better attendance, great interest being taken in the finals. Fugue, the favorite, went down before Impostor quite unexpectedly. WATERLOO CUP. Third Round. Harpenden beat Mystery Emm Bay beat Ringer Impostor beat lona Fugue beat Newton Black Pine beat Whisper MegDodsabVe. Fourth Round. Kmin Bey beat Harpenden Impostor beat Fugue Black Pine beat Meg Dods Fifth Round. Black Pine beat Emiu Bey Impostor a bye Final Round. Mr J. Irving's rf vrd Impostor, by Horse Marine—Solitude, beat Mr R. Blackham's blk w d Black Pine, by Red Pine—Wbifl; and won the stake. Fourth Round—Emm Bey and Harpenden raced to the hare neck and neck, and a rare give-and-take course ensued, Of which Ernin Bey had all the best when the hare escaped. Fugue was led a length by Impostor, who did nearly all the work, and had the favorite tor the Cup thoroughly beaten when the hare got away. Black Pine led Meg Dods by four lengths to the turn, a"nd the hare, turning sharp right in the middle of the ground, Meg Dods killed before she had time to wipe off her opponent's score. Fifth Round—Emm Bey (3 to 2 on) was led by Black Pine by two lengths to the turn, but then got in and worked best till the hare escaped, when the flag went up in Black Pine's favor. Impostor ran a bye. Final Round—lmpostor (3 to 2 against) led Black Pine by three lengths, and. working cleverly, had the favorite well beaten when he killed. WATERLOO PURSS. Third Round. Aorangi beat Plymouth Ruck Mariner beat Dribbler Kiwi a bye * Fourth Round. Kiwi beat Aorangi Mariner a bye Final Round. Mariner beat Kiwi, and won the stake. In the third round of the Purse Aorangi beat Plymouth Rock smartly. Mariner and Dribbler ran a grand course, Mariner having slightly the best when the hare was killed. In the fourth round Kiwi won very easily from Aorangi. In the final Mariner won a very good course. WATERLOO PLATE. Second Round. Snowball beat Rotoniahana Zara. beat Presto Fiora a bye Third Round. Flora beat Snowball Zara a bye Final Round. Zara beat Flora, and won the stake ALL-AGED STAKE. Second Round. Kaprolani beat Seacomb Volley beat Wallaby Spanker beat Searock Boomerang beat Vesta Kingask beat Jose Jose Luna 11. beat Sans Mariner Bonnie Girl a bye Third Round.
