New York, Jane 19It ie asserted that the arrest of Moroney and Macdonald, the men who could not be identified, was mainly a ruse to divert attention and enable the police to secure two others named Martin and Burke. They had taken the alarm and fled, but were captured at Winnipeg. Rwteived June 21st, 1.20 β-m. New York, June 20. It is reported that the man Burke has confessed to participation in the murder of Dr. Cronin, and wishes to become Queen's evidence.
