..PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM. 1 WELLINGTON, April 15. The Hon. Mr Richardson, who has gone South, intends to visit the West Coast in the Stella, never having been there. Owing to the necessity of keeping three Ministers here during the absence of the ActingGovernor, the Premier cannot leave at present for the West Coast. Mr Mitchelßon's northern trip is also postponed.
