N. Horsuey. Sir,—l tested the sample of Cement delivered to mc by you on Friday last with the following result:—l-962.1-940, 1-906 lbs per briquet t. Thfi I consider a good test: but had it been cooler I _______ the result would have been better, as the Cement sets too quick in this very hot dry weather. I have the honor to be.
