Parkes, and was carried by 68 to 64. Received March 6th. 10 p.m. Sydnisy, March 6. In consequence of their defeat on Sir H. Parkes' ameudment, the Ministry have resigned. Received March 7th, 1.25 a.m. Sydnby, March 6. Sir H. Parkes is engaged in forming a new Ministry.
