The question of the employment of boj labor is again raising trouble m the hoot trade. About seventeen finishers withdrew to day from Messrs B. Hannah and Co's factory in consequence of a differ—ioa .of opinion with the principal of the fire. as to the construction of the state—tent of agreement arrived at _s Set—«- ---• inent of _te strike which occurred soma twenty months ago. The benchmen are ' b—ll at work, but are this afternoon preparing to leave as soon aa they finishjobs _t hand. The men assert that on the agreement of 1887 __ Hannah promise- to reduce the number of appreiitioeeto tt_ proportion of one to four benchmen, whereas since the hew year he _as ta__t on several boys, and there are now in tiie establishment thirteen boys to twenty* seven jo-rheymen.. •_" __"■'__"
