LINCOLN.
The ordinary meeting of this Board wm held on Monday, 7th inst. PresentMessrs H. W. Peryman (chairman), J. W. Overton, R. Aiken and J. Sharp. Mr J. Hodgin was excused from attend— bos, and the Clerk directed to forward to him a letter of condolence on his recent loss by fire. Two applicants were prepared to lease for a term Reserve 343, 10 acres, Lincoln. The Board decided to call for tenders for leasing same for five years. Received. From Charitable Aid Board, copies of statement of accoonta for past financial year. The Clerk's report was read and approved. Hesolved—That all rates and rents oatstanding be sued for. Tbat the damage to the fence at Reserve 343 be made good, and tbe cost charged to the contractor. Tenders to be invited for keeping clean the tramway drain and part of Dawson's creek, for twelve months, forming a portion of Stoddart's rood, and deepening a few chains of Dawson's creek. The tender ot G. Easterbrook for re-forming and cutting ditch, Prebble's road, was accepted. The pay-sheet, amonntlng to £52 ls lid, was passed for payment, some minor matters left for the Clerk to deal with, and the meeting adjourned.
