JUNIOR CUP MATCHES.
U.C.C.C. v M.C.C. No. 1 was finished at Hagley Park on Saturday, resulting in a win for the former by an innings and 143 runs, Wilkinson (4S), Goldlngham (35), Teschemaker (31) being the chief scorers for the winners. The game between Barge's Midland team and the Boys' High School was concluded at Hagley Park on Saturday last, when the former won by seven wickets. Rees 19, Armitage 18, Ross 15 (not out), Partridge 13 and Grossman 10, batted well for the High School in their second innings ; while Spencer and Mumford hit hard 31 and 20 (not out) respectively for the Midland. Scores—Midland, 94 and 68 for three wickets; High School, 74 and 83. Barry, Frith &n& M. Woodward bowled well for the victors, while Rees and Ross were most successful for the High SchooL
