No entry will bo received for any race except on the following conditions :—That all disputes,claims, andobjections arising out of the racing shall be d_oid*d by tho majority ot the Stewards present. Horses muse trot fairly to the satisfaction ot the Referees, who shall have power to disqualify any horse for disregard of repeated caution. All protests must be accoinp—:lied by a fee of 2 soys, which will be forfeited should the objection be considered frivolous or vexatious. The Stewards reserve to themselves the right, iv the event of bad weather, of postponing the meeting. The Stewards reserve to themselves the right of ordering any race to be run in heats.
