AUCKLAND, October 23. A young man named William De Norval, employed at Crawford's flaa: mill, Kohonga, 7Ragls__., had his arm wrenched off above the elbow by machinery yesterday. He is now in the Auckland Hospital. NELSON", October 23. A youth named Thomas East, employed at TBCoutere flax mill, was caught by his shirt in the mill belting to-day and dragged round. He was seriously bruised, and had his arm brokefl in two places between the shoulder and the elbow.
