Friday, October 5. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Ward.] His Honor sat in Chambers at 11 a.m. COMPANIES ACT BE WAIHOU GOLD MINING CO. An application herein for appointment for examination of witnesses was postponed till Friday next, at 2 o'clock. BE JOSEPH FLOWER BLATCHFORD, DECEASED. Mr Kippenberger applied herein for letters of administration to Wm. Blafcchford. His Honor granted the application. RE JOHN LUXTON, DECEASED. On Mr Spackman's application, his Honor granted probate to Geo. A. White and S. Stephens.
