Colonel Eong-Harman was the best looking man in the House of Commons. A year or two ago, If anyone had been asked to point out the two M.P.*s who looked tbe finest specimens of physique In the House, be would have pointed to Colonel King-Barman and Colonel Tottenham, and now they are both dead, whilst many who looked as though a strong wind would blow them away are still iving.
