RIFLE SHOOOTING.
LINCOLN RIFLES v LITTLE RIVER RIFLES.
A match between these above-mentioned Rifle Clubs was fired at the Little River butts on Saturday. The conditions were ten men a side, seven shots each at 200, 300, and 400 yds, Wimbledon targets and scoring. After a most exciting finish, the match resulted in a tie. The Lincoln contingent being one man short, it was arranged to take the average for the tenth man. The following are the scores :— LINCOLN RIFLE CLUB.
