No work of interest was done at Randwidk this morning, though a good many horses were out. Pearl Shell did some half pace work, and Volley and Abercorn, Australian Peer, Arsenal, Plutarch, Ensign, Cariyon, Aristocrat, and Melos were sent along at a canter. - Received September 18th, 1.15 a.m. SYDNEY, September 17. At Tattersall's the following were the quotations for the Great Metropolitan Stakes: — 5 to 1 ag3t Honeydew 7 to 1 Abw-oru and Touchstone 8 to 1 Frisco lo co 1 At-senal and Cardigan Biit anything.
