AUCKLAND, August 29.
A special meeting of shareholders of the Bank of New Zealand is called for October 3rd to receive the report of the Shareholders' Committee and to consider the recommendation of the Directors to the Committee that new shares of the nominal value of one million be created, and-such amount issued as may be deemed expedient.
