It is at present not intended to go on ■with Mr Withy's amendment and the on Tuesday, but this ia not finally nor will it. be until Tuesday morning, as there is just a chance that other business may require to take precedence. Goyernment have decided to drop the Municipal Corporations Bill for this session, but promise that they ■will take it up again next year. This decision is causing much dissatisfaction, and it is understood strong efforts will be made to induce them to reconsider the question*:,
