Garvan, member for Eden, has given notice of a motion censuring the financial policy of the Government. The Premier has declined to accept or treat the motion as one of want of confidence. A SHIP ON FIRE. Newcastle, July 19. A fire broke out to-day on board the American barque Minny Hive, and considerable damage to the vessel and cargo was occasioned before it was s ubdued.
