The French Senate passed the Sugar Bill after strong official speeches in favour of the abolition of the Received July —rth, 2 am. Berlin, July 18. Baron de Worms is now in this city carrying on negotiations witn regard to the decision arrived at by the _ug_i* Bounties Conference, but his success is regarded as extremely doubtful. The Bundesrath is granting bounties on component parts of cocoa.
