The water shonld BOIL AT THE TTMJB it is poured on the leaves, but should not have been boiling for a length of time ; for this reason, that long boiling makes water hard, and incapable of extracting in its vigorous fulness the EXHILARATING PROPERTIES of this DELIGHTFUL BEVERAGE. * Ten minutes is not too long for the water to remain upon Our Teas before being eirawn off, as Fine Teas take longer to infuse than Teas of course and low * rades * PRESERVATION OF TEA.
