Government Notices. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. TRAIN -VRR \NGEMENT3 FOR RACES 9th and 10th NOVEMBER, AGRICULTURAL SHOW. l(.Tn and 11th. AT CHRISTCHURCH. ON the RACEWAYS (9th and 10th November), Trains will run from Chnstchurch to the Racecourse at 11.30 ii.ni., l'-.u noon, 12.30 p.m.. and l.v p.m.: and from tue Kacccourse to Christohurch at intervale from about 4.0 p.m. up to half an hour after the last race. Trains to and from the Racecourse will not stop at any intermediate station to take up or set down passengers, except the two lust trains from the Racecourse, which will stop at Addineton to set down passengers. Season and Ordinary Tickets or Free Passes will not be available by these trains. Fares from Christchurch to the Racecoureo and back (including admission to the course), Covered Carriages, 3s 6J; Seated Wagons, 2e 6d. Tickets are available for day of Issue only. FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11th. /tST Trains will run from Christchurch to the Show Grounds every fifteen minutes from 11 •'a.Tn. to 2.30 p.m., and from the Show Grounds to Christchurch every fifteen minutes from 3 p.m. to 6 pan. Return fare from Christchurch, 6d ; single fare from Show Grounds to Chriat-. church, 6d. Ordinary tickets not available. These trains set down and take up passengers at the platform within the Show Grounds. In lieu of the Ordinary Morning Trains to Christchurch from Waikari, Oxford, Bennetts, Southbridge,Springfield. Whiteclitfs, Mcthven, Ashburton, and the Evening Trains from Christchurch to these places, tho Morning Train from Timaru to Aahburton, llidday Train from Ashburton to Christchurch, and Morning Train from Mount Soniers to Ashburton.
