THE LONDON CIRCUS.
On Saturday night Messrs Herbert ant! FitzGerald- Circus Company opened their seasou on the plot of ground opposite tha Theatre Royal. The night was anything but favourable for Circus performance, but stil the Company strove gall mtly to amuse those who patronised them. Mr W. Organ and his clever troupe of Bronco horses were, as usual, excellent. Mr Herbert, in hit, joggling act and dancing barrel, was good, aud tho Woodward Brothers, iv their acrobatic performance, deserved the applause with which their feats were greeted. Signor Bartello, in his contortion act, was very clever, and Mr Herbert, in his six-horse act, showed considerable command of his team. The gun act, which will be remembered herein connection with the Perman Company, was cleverly performed by Acola, and the leaping, particularly that of Mr Cook ow **; six horses, was good. To-night the circiT , will again be open. v /
