NUISANCE IN HAGLEY PARK.

TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sib,—l wish to call the attention of the City Council and the Domain Board to the fact that something which I believe to bo nightsoil, or some such offensive matter, is being deposited in the sand on tbe high ground a short distance inside the Armagh street bridge. I noticed it particularly today, and there appeared to be indications of fresh wheel marks from the bridge to the place in question. No doubt those who keep the key of the gate there know all about it. —Yours, etc., Fresh Air. October ~th, 1887. ■■•'
