[PBXSS ASSOCIATION TELIGBAH.] WELLINGTON, January 21. The R.M. Court was occupied from two thiß afternoon until ten to-night hearing the case against W. R. Waters, charged with having, at divers time, embezzled moneys and securities belonging to the Northern (.and and Loan Company. The pres nt charges involve embezzlement of £I9OO. After a quantity of evidence had been taken, the case was further adjourned until Friday next, bail being allowed in one surety of £IOO.
