M. de Lessepe has abandoned the pro-, posal to issue lottery bonds for the purpose of carrying on the Panama Canal. Other bonds w—L however, be issued far the amount originally proposed. Received Jnly 18th, 1 a._. THE NEW SOUTH WALES LOAN. London, Jaly 12. The New Sonth Wales Loan is at 3_ per cent., with the minimum fixed at £94. It is expected to be floated at a premium of li per cent.
