; CHBIBTCHTJBCH NOBTH-EAST. A meeting of the Licensing Committee for Christehurch North-East was held at noon yesterday. Present—Messrs B. J. S. Harman (Chairman), J. V. Boss, F. Barns, His Worship the Mayor. I An application was received for a of the license of the Oxford Hotel ■from Tom Dalzell to F. Storey. X Sergeant Willis said there was no objection on the part of the police. ffi The transfer was granted. FI An application was made for a transfer Kom P. Barke to C. F.
