ASHBURTON VOLUNTEERS.
The members o£ the Ashburton Bifida and Guards, under the command of Major Newall, did their firing for the district prises on Monday. With the exception of a little wind blowirg across the range tiie weather was beautifully fine, but the shooting was below the average. The highest scorer was Private A.
