Holland, and do tbeir utmost to put the evil down in ell schools. lam dorry to «»y that.i{t is carried on at a far greater extent than moot people think. I made a complaint to a sohoolmaeter about it, but wan laughed at. It is a great pity that the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals fioti-ty do not take up prevention of cruelty to children. The community Here is quite large enough to be cruel to children. H it ia big enough for animals it sorely w tor children. Men who treat their horse, <ie, brutally will do bo to their children. 11 a start was made it could not do any harm. I hope the Education Boards will put down all bullying, &c., ia all echooLa.'
