CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, Mat 27. [Before B. Beetham, Esq., R.M.] Dbunkjnness. —George Craw was fined £5, with a promise of three months' imprisonment, without option of a fine, on bis next conviction. Johanna GaUagher was fined £3, or seven days' imprisonment. David Hickey and Albert Mazengarb were charged with being drunk and disorderly, and with using obscene language on a Ferry road tramcar on a previous day, were each fined ss, or ordered to be imprisoned till the rising of the Court. Charles Evans; altos Piccolo Charley, was fined _3, or seven days' imprisonment. For first offences, two men were fined each ss, or in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Crvn. Casks. — Judgment went by default for plaintiffs, with costs, in ChisnaU and Stewart v Hubbard, £Q 6s; Chrißtchnrch Drainage Board v Terrens, £2 14a 2d; Atkinson v Prebble, £5 15b ; same v Hughes, £3 4s; Griffin v Bhodes, 16s; Raphael v Goodyer, £6 5s j and Meng v Murphy, £1 lis.
