At a Meeting of members held on SaturdectedPßßideflt, Mr. J. Stewart Captam, Mr E. Fantham Vice-Captain, Mr W. Powell was elected to fill a vaoeacy upon
the Committee. It was resolved that a match be played on Saturday between the town and sandhills members. [PBBBS ASSOCIATION TXLX.BAST-. NELSON, May 25. In tho afternoon a football match, Welington (Poneky Club) v Nelson (Prince Alberto), attracted a great crowd. The viaitora won by two goals to nothing, after a very hard game, their success being due to their admirable pa_-insr. DUNEDIN, May 25. The football match between a team from lnvercargill and the Pirates club re&ulted in a drawn game.
