{"Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11a.m. 'KB CA.VBAT OP QEOKGIKA BKLL AND ANOTHEB. Mr Deacon applied herein for order restraining the District Land Registrar from bringing certain land herein under j the provisions of the Act. His Honor by consent fixed the case to take place in Banco. PBOBATES. Orders for probate were granted as under:—Be James W. Bevan, deceased, to H. Slater and F. S. Funston (Mr Slater) ; re John Wm. Oram, deceased, to M. H. Oram (Mr Fisher) j re John Gundy, deceased, to John Gundy (Mr Nalder); re Gilbsrt Butler, deceased, to Maria Butler (Mr Slater) ; re Mary Anne Bidmead, deceased, to John Whall andX C. Kent (Mr Slater). BE JOHN GUNDY, DECEASEDIn this case a summons had been issued to the widow herein calling upon her to show cause why an order made granting probate to her should not be revoked, as a new will had been found. Mr Slater, who appeared for Mrs Gundy, consented to the order being made. Order made as prayed. BB JOHN WILDBBMOTH, DECEASED. J Mr Loughrey applied herein for an order appointing Sarah Wildermoth, widow of deceased, trustee on behalf of infant children, in terms of the Government Insurance and Annuities Act, to receive the portions due to the children under age. His Honor made the order. ADIOBSIONB. The following gentlemen were admitted as solicitors and barristers:—Messrs F. Potts (Mr Nalder), Thos. G. Russell (Mr Harper for Mr Stringer), and T. De Benzy Hannan (Mr Harper).
