An Important Statement by a Member of * One of the Most Substantial Houses in New South Wales. Office of B. Towns and Co., Sydney, November 14th, 1882. Messrs Elliott 8r03., Wholesale Druggists,
Sydney. Gentlemen,—Would you oblige mc by sending mc a case of St. Jacobs Oil for a friend of mine, who is a firm believer in this remedy P He uses it when troubled with rheumatism, and bo do various members of household for various complaints. I always keep a bottle in my own house, as it seem? to be a useful household remedy, and, ac I mentioned to you, it cured our storekeeper's wife, who was suffering from rheumatism.
Yours faithfully, Wμ. Ed. Wilson,
A MELBOURNE MAN MADE HAPPY. Compagnie Francaise. No. 5 Collins street, Melbourne, July 27th,
1883. To the publishers of the Pbbsb. Dear Sirs, —Feeling confident that many of your readers may be benefited by the following information, I respectfully ask that you publish the same. About nine months age I had a severe attack of rheumatism, from which I suffered excruciating pain. The disease became of a most aggravating character, the more so because all medical advice I had received, and all the preparations I had used, totally failed to give mc relief. At last a friends obtained for mo a bottle of St. Jacobs Qil, which I used, I must confess, somewhat reluctantly, thinking it would be labor in vain to try farther remedies. To my surprise and delight, the very first application brought relief, and before the bottle was finished I was entirely cured.' Although nine monthe have elapsed, I have not felt the slightest symptoms of a return of the disease. IJiave also used the grand remedy for neuralgia, and its action was simply magical. I regard it as the conqueror of pain, and advise all sufferers from rheumatism, neuralgia, and other pains and aches, to try St. Jacobs Oil. I remain, dear sirs, faithfully yours, Arthur JPbettt.
