* TUISDAT, JUNE 24. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston). His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. liXTTinS OF ADMINISTEATION. His Honor granted letters of administration as under.—ln re John Mills, deceased, to Johanna Mills (Mr Deacon) j re Thomas Reeves, deceased, to Henry Reeves (Mr Joyce); re John Dale, deceased, to William Dale (Mr Deacon). PROBATE. Orders for probate were granted as under:—ln re David Hatchett, deceased, to J. Leaf Wilson and Henry Overton (Mr Joynt) ; re William Comyss, deceased, to Ann Helena Comyns (Mr Bealey); re S. G. Johnston, deceased, to T. O. Johnston (Mr Salter). TATE V ALLOTT AND OTH—IB. In this case Mr Stringer obtained leave to pay certain fees to the accountants engaged herein. KB SKTTI—KBNT BY. J. N. TOSSWIL— Mr Fereday applied herein for an order discharging Edward Chapman from the office of Trustee herein and appointing F. G. Stedman in his place. His Honor made the order as prayed. WHITNEY. AND ANOTHEI I V OILLION. Mr Joyce applied herein, on the part of the defendant, for security to be given for costs. Mr Deacon, for the plaintiffs, submitted that the application should stand over until after one made by him for final judgment in the ease. His Honor said that in the present state of the case he could not grant the application made by Mr Joyce. The matter must stand over till next day. CBEBITOBS' TBUSTEB OF EOBINSON V EOBINSON. Mr Joynt for defendant applied herein for an order calling upon plain—l to show cause why the order made herein on the 14th March should not be varied, so that the defendant's solicitor should have the try again of the sale of the property instead of plaintiff, on the ground that the trustees were not using due diligence in the sale of property which had been on hand for a long while. Mr Deacon, for the other side, appeared to consent to the order, on the condition the property should be sold within six months.
His Honor made an order by consent on these terms.
