WELLINGTON, June 21
The constituency for which Mr Pilliet ha 3 been asked to stand is Picton, not Foxton, as misprinted in a recent telegram. Although strongly urged to come forward, he has not yet, I believe, definitely made up his mind to do so. Mr Sheehan has now definitely made up his mind to stand for Auckland City North.
Beport says Mr Sutton will have a hard fight against Captain Sussell at Napier. Mr W. Hutc'ainson has issued his address to the electors of Wellington South. There was some talk of hie standing for a constituency in Otago, but he appears to have abandoned this intention. Mr E. Shaw is again a candidate for Inangahua. DTJNEDIN, June 22.
