Mails ordinarily leaving on Saturday will close on Friday,23rd, at 8 p.m. There will be a delivery at the counter on Friday evening from 9 till 10 p.m. of correspondence ordinarily delivered by letter carriers. A supplementary bag for the San Francisco mail will be made up on Saturday. 24th. at 7 p.m-
