Mails close for the following places as under (subject to the necessary alterations).— MONrtLY, DECEMBER 3. Ringarooma), at 7 a.m. For Kaikoura. per Wakatu, at 3.20 p.m.; late fee letters, at. 3.30 p.m.; guard's van; 4 p.m. train. For Northern Porta, per Takapuna, at 7 p.m. The guards van must not be used for this mail. TUEBDAY, DECEMBER 4. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Manapouri, at 1.45 p.m.; late fee letters, at 2 p.m.; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train. For Northern Ports, per Wanaka, at 7 p.m. The guard's van must not be used for this mail. _ WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5. For Australian Colonies, Point de Galle, India, China, Japan, Ac, Ac., and also for France, Algeria,- Mauritius, Madagascar, Ac. (specially marked " per French packet" only) per express (to connect with s.s. Manapouri), at 7 a_n.
