ELLESMERE HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
The Snh thorn of the season was held in the Town Hall, Leeeton, on Tuesday. The weather being extremely fine there was a very large attendance during the day. The ihow itself was all that could be expected, considering the dry weather. This was particularly noticeable in the Tegetable olaese*. Some of the flowers were particularly good, the most noticeable being some rotes shown by Mr Lawrence and , Mr Dudley, and some fuchsias by Mrs Lunn. Mrs Fincham also had some splendid specimens of pot plants, and her table decoration was exquisitely arranged. In the fruit class there wm nothing deserving speoial mentioß.
