No second prize will, be given for any event for which less than throe compete, nor any third prize where less than four compete. The entrance fee to the band competition will be ss, to every other avent 2s 6d. All entries must be made in writing to the Hon. Secretary, Mr J. A. Christchurch, oa or before Thursday, the 29th December, by five o'clock p.m. No entry will be received without the entrance fee, and colors mußt be declared at the same time.
