Messrs Kineey, Ward and Co., advertise the Herald for Wellington. The brig Fawn, Captain Dillner, arrived on Saturday from Newcastle. The B.c. Grafton arrived from Wellington yesterday at noon. The B.s. Ft. Hilda came in on Saturday from Oamaru, and proceeded North in the evening. The Iris left Newcastle on the Bth instant for I<yttelton, with a cargo of coal for Messrs Black, Danes and Co. The TJ.B.S Ce.'s g. B . Penguin, Captain Edie, arrived on Saturday morning from Mannkau, via Tawnaki, Picton, Nelson, and Wellington, sad left on the return trip for Wellington at 9.30 p.m. The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Wakatipu was due from Port Chalmers late last Bight. She is to proceed for Wellington, Syd. sey, and Newcastle this morning. Passengers by 10.20 train. Messrs Cameron Bros. s.s. MnHoch has been chartered by Mr J. Smith, and will run from the bays to Kaiapoi, the Heathcote, audekeas required. She was pat upon Messrs Grabb and Co.'a slip, and while there had her engines overhauled, a new beiler pat in her, and was thoroughly placed in sea-going- order. Cap. iain Q. T.
