SALE OF PROPERTIES.

. A Bale of town and suburban properties was held by Messrs H. Matson and Co., at 2 p.m. on Saturday. There was a fairly numerous attendance of buyers, and of the lots offered, all were sold with one exception. A seotion of land having a frontage of 96 feet on the North belt, with an eligible family residence of ten rooms thereon, at present occupied by Mr John Gwatkin, was knocked down at —900. A section of land at Addington, lot 19, B.S. 113, with a four-roomed cottage, was sold for -G200; aad an acre of land, with frontage of 209 links on .the Marine Parade at New Brighton, fetched —15. From the above it will be seen that the sale realised _ 1115.
