LAND SALE.
- Msssss H. Matson asd Co. held a sale of lands and hoose property on Saturday, the26£h mii., at their Land Sale Booms, at which there was a large attendance. The bidding were very slow and cautions. Tiiey succeeded in disposing of the following properties, viz.:—Quarter-acre eectioa land, beiag town section 954, situated in Tnam strast, together witi dweQing-honse con* -Saining twelve rooms and all improvements, the property of Ms William Holly, was sold for JSI4OO. Also, quarter-sere seefcioa land situated in Hereford street east, in the Berwick Estate, which sold far £ISO.
