The stone from Kolmar Quarry is of a clear warm white color, fine, close, and compact in the grain, and, being from a seam of theeame formation as the Mount Somers stone, will be found to display all the 'characteristics of durability and etrength which the Mount Somere stone is se well knows to possess. The supply is practically inexhaustible, 20 acres being the area of stone approachable from the surface, while the cliff by the creek eide shows I2oft high of atone.
