Napier, October 25. Mr M. B. Miller sold to-day at auction the Moteo and Korokepo estates, cut up in sections. There was a good attendance and the bidding was Bpirited. The whole of the sections were disposed of at prices ranging fronl _7 to £26 per acre, and in lots from 61 to 1261 acres. The total amount of the Bale was £68,000__
