PROPERTY SALE.
At the Land and Estate Sale Booms of Mi:sses H. Matson and Co., Cashel street, on Saturday last, the usual weekly sale of properties was held. The sale ms attended by a large audience. Several town and fuburban properties were offered. Two hundred and six acres of land situate at Leetton, in the estate of J. J. Loe, with a large tad substantial familj residence sad improvements, were passed in at a bid of J826 per acre ; 3092 acres land, with house and improvements, situate at West Eyreton, -were sold for £5797 10s ; also, two sections situate at the comer of Bligh's road and Papanui road, containing each 30 perches, for .£240. In Madras street north, a section containing about 20 pesohes, brought £Yd ; and 4 acres 3 roods 18 perches in the Lincoln road, with dwelling'honse and improvements, £875 cash. Total sales, .£701210 a. Oa Saturday, Msssbs J. T. Pobd and Co. sold iha High Peaks Station to Ms D. Batherford for £8400.
